I had one that was missing the cowling. It was of the era that the starter rope was manually wrapped around the round piece that fit above the flywheel on the crankshaft. All mine had was the sicklebar attachment.
Looks like the one in the ad has car or pickup tires.
There should still be a club dedicated to two wheel tractors as they are sometimes called.
