I have had much trouble with accelerator belts on a 9760. I ended up putting in a Kuchar accelerator in before bean harvest. It is amazing how much smoother the flow is in the combine now.
I guess I got tired of unplugging the machine while the other machine in the field was still going. I have been through conditions that the 9760 would not have gone through without the changeover.
