It is your right to disagree, even if you are wrong. My experience has been that a healthy corn plant will dry down quicker. One that shuts down and gives up the ghost, takes longer to dry down.




Sorry coup I disagree. I have seen same maturity hybrids side by side and the one that is still green is wetter 90% of the time.

Wonder why headline corn is wetter since it is healthier?????? It is still green and healthy so shouldn't it be drier? LOL!

You can have a headline side by side with the exact same number of corn and the headline corn will be greener and WETTER in almost all cases. I have seen cases where it might not add much moisture but I have never seen it be drier than the non-headline corn.

Maybe headline should start advertising that plant health=more dry down!!!!!
