| Has the steering displacement control valve neutral adjustment been performed by the dealership. It is the precise centering of the servo piston control called the null adjustment. Think of it as perfectly centering a spool valve so the machine steers the same each direction with movement of the steering wheel. If you are driving on a flat area now and pay close attention to steering wheel movement each direction from center does it start to turn at the same measurement from center of steering wheel movement. After the null adjustment is made the steering motor calibration will need to be performed. | |
