Pampered Chef has one that's 1 quart for individual or two. Growing up we had a Electric White Mountain. I'm not a fan of leftover homemade ice cream.
I love home made ice cream. In my family I'm about the only one who really likes it but we do make it often. (4 or 5 times/year).
We end up with lots of left over out of our 6 quart machine though. I put the left overs in used Cool Whip bowls. Each one makes a nice serving size. I usually end up with 8 or so bowls left over after the initial feast.
Now here comes the trick. Even a month later or whatever...........you put the ice cream in the microwave for basically one minute. Stir it up a little and it is identical to when you originally ate it. Trust me.............it's great!
