We've got a 2012 John Deere 7215R tractor w IVT (3600 hrs) hooked up to snow plow with a weight bar on 3-point hitch. New problem this year when we hooked it up, when we press the "Hitch Lock / Damping" Button, the hitch will lower about 5% and the three point will start shuttering (I am assuming to bring the hitch back to where it was originally set). If the lock is never engaged, the hitch does not lower and it will hold the hitch where it is set, even if left overnight. Was hoping to turn the Damping feature off to see if that might be part of the issue, but can't seem to figure out how to do it on this GS3 command center.
Does anyone know how to turn that off and/or what else might be going on? Thanks for anticipated help! | |
