The Arabs with their long robes do just that, squat to pee. Just kick a hole in the sand and filler up.
They tell me that you can void the bladder better if in a squatting position.
Than again if the ladies would just indulge in bladder cancer and have a Urostomy they would be obliged to stand and face the receptacle.
OBTW bladder cancer is a smokers disease, though second hand smoke will do the trick if you are so inclined.
