I don't see Ivermectin in that study.

I recall when that study came out one of the criticisms of it was that the drugs were used late stage after the patients were already very sick. Hospitalized patients. I think some of the success of using something like remdesivir or hydroxychloroquine is early usage as soon as symptoms appear. They do not appear to help much once a person already has heavy loads of virus.

Ivermectin appears to be helpful at any stage, of course using it early would prevent lingering complications from the effects of the virus so would be preferred. Notice also it is prophylactic.
