boog, for initial tire pressure settings, get axle weights of the tractor full of fuel, and then go to a tire data book to find the minimum pressure required for the axle weight/max speed. If you are using something like a mounted ripper or an air seeder cart with heavy tongue weight you will have to compensate for that additional load on the tires.
