Reading the article you linked has reinforced my decision to go with an individual bale wrapper this past season. Weather worries and hay that won't dry should be things of the past from now on.
It isn't the cheapest feed but for small acres, it makes sense for me at and at lower cost than adding another building to tax/insurance schedules.
