I moved a 30' bin in one piece with a crane. I poured a pad, unbolted bin from existing pad, run cross braces across bottom, 4 angle iron anchor points, equal sized cables to the center, cropped crane cable down through the roof, hooked, lifted, swing and set on new pad. But I only needed to move it 40 feet.
As others mentioned, the roof design on that bin pictured allows condensation to run down the inside walls of the bin (that is why the walls are rusty inside).
3500 bushel capacity. You can buy a new one for about $1 per bushel (not including labor or concrete or floor or fan). As you go bigger, the cost per bushel comes down. I saw an ad for a new 27x21 (11k bu) for $8000.
