I never ended up in the hospital but was out of work for 2 full weeks and only did partial days the third week, I had all of the textbook symptoms, headache, diarrhea , cough, muscle aches, loss of taste and smell, fever, chills,  no appetite at all,   lost 26 pounds in 12 days,  but the fatigue was the worst part, I slept for the better part of two weeks, standing for more than 10 minutes was impossible as I didn't have the strength. 

My wife is a DNP so she was keeping a constant check of my lungs which she said were pretty raspy for a couple days, but my oxygen level only dropped a couple points from normal. 

I did do the nasal swab test and it came back negative but the lab said that there was a high probability of a false negative, three weeks after being sick I did go and have the blood test done to check for the antibodies and that came back positive.
