We had a very light frost last Thursday morning. 90 miles southwest of Lubbock. My thermometer showed 39 for the low. I'm sure low spots were colder as was evident on vehicles with frost on roofs.

Frost can and will cause freeze damage in fresh dug peanuts. Our avg freeze date is Nov 3rd I think or somewhere around that date. Today it was 95!!

Yeah, I saw 38* and there was a lot of frost on the cars. But I didn't see any damage to plants around much.
