 Whiskey, Tango, Foxtrot | Keep in mind I'm from the desert, my home place has averaged 8.7" per year since I put in a weather station. But I'd make sure to define that amount of water for in the future. You never know. I'd want to make it ironclad that you can use as much as you need in the future, because if it gets dry everyone else will suddenly want that water too. For every acre, 5 gpm per acre is the minimum, although a guy can stretch that a little if you can bank or store it short term.
What is the 3' pipe being installed for then if not irrigation? | |
