ESW ND | It was suppose to make Western ND a happening place.....but then that would take away from Eastern ND. You know how wacko those fellas(in power) can get. It will NEVER happen any more. Waaaaay too much red tape to worry about now days. Besides, the West has the oil already, there's no need to make it prosper any other way.* There was great push back with a lot of the land owners along the rivers and such, that didn't want to have to raise, rebuild or reroute their river crossings. Also, once the oil is about gone, they can make the dry West ND the dump grounds for radioactive waste and other sweet goods of disposal. | |
