northeastern Ohio | I have seen this error (or something similar) when doing a copy/paste AND the text you are copying contains a special character that is not recognized by the NAT software. The special character could be hidden in a hyperlink or filename.
You can try to paste the text to a program like Notepad and then copy again as plain text to see if the special character drops out in the process.
One other hint that may or may not apply: Chrome does not display images that have a comma in the filename. You used to be able to view them in Internet Explorer, but whatever replaced IE will not display images with a comma in the filename now either. | |
