People dump bales with netwrap in all the time. I think you should take it off, that is what we do now with all our bales before they are tubground, bedded through bale processor, or put into a vertical mixer. Someday people are going to wonder why they allowed plastic to be spread across their land in the form of manure, feed, or whatever. End of speech
