Pretty tough when you cant load the page. I was lucky to get the home page to load, but I guess I am an idiot for thinking the tech support part of the forum might be a better place to ask about an issue than cafe.
Not better, they ignored the comments no matter where they appeared.
Not even a status report. Very paternalistic.
