| We signed up this year. None of our landlords give us any trouble obout the program. If you lose the land you lose the contract on that parcel not the complete contract. New tennent if he is in the program get to take over the payment for that parcel if he choses too. But if he is not in the program the contract on that parcel ends. It is going to be a hassle but hte payout wont be a sweet at he first csp but will still be pretty good. From what I gathered this round they are trying to get you do the most you will do for the least amount of money. You do not have to take the offer but can be rollled into the next sign up next fall. Which may be better may not.
