South Dakota | The mechanical pump is one of the reasons I want one. I think that the factory horsepower they've got out of those 5.9L engines is all that I would want out of those, anymore and I think it would reduce the longevity of the tractor. I need a new loader tractor and a tractor to run a baler. I've currently got a Case IH Farmall 110a and I'm not impressed with the electronic everything on the newer tractors. I have a White 4-180 that could run the baler, but would really suck to run in the heat of summer. I may look at 7140 or above. Everything I read about the MX 180 and above is that they have potential headaches with the fuel pumps, electronics, and hydraulics. I leased a John Deere 2012 8285R to bale and was not impressed, I don't think these new tractors are going to last like the pre def, pre dpf, Pre EGR, pre push button everything tractors. | |
