Manola,Ab, Ca | Having worked in pharmaceutical manufacturing, my understanding is that expiration dating for drug products are based on stability studies. These studies are to show that the product maintains standards at the time of expiration, not that the product has gone bad at that time. Manufacturers are in the business of selling drugs so they don’t test for extended periods of time because it’s in their best interest to sell new product.
The product is most likely fine but you have no way of knowing without trying it. | |
