Not ever having a Gleaner I am always amazed how small the feederhouse is, you have alot of crop going thro that little space. We used to have MH--MF which was wider & now JD but seeing Gleaner & some other brands they look so small. Suppose your feederhouse speed is 700 rpm? JD is mostly 500 rpm for small grain & soybeans but faster on corn for the benefit of the corn head rollers.
