Amherst WI | I’m a land bear, for now anyway.
Most of the land is owned by 65+ year old people now. At some point there is going to be a lot for sale at the same time. Other countries figured out how to compete with North America now too, so yes they are making more of it.
Farmers feel a connection to the land, the third cousin in Miami that inherits great uncle Bills Iowa farm does not. Most likely they will cash out instead of rent it out. | |
