deep SW On. | Depending on ones circumstances maybe rather than a land purchase a sale may suit some better.
My nephew in his early 40's sold off his least desirable farm (which like others had inflated a lot) and then used the funds to pay off his other farm(s)
Him & his wife have no kids , she has a good job so they rented out the remainder of the land for next 3 yrs. and taking a farming sabbactical...I don't think it was a bad idea, enjoy life now and leaving another million or whatever to non-immediate family doesn't matter | |
