If you're happy with your 9250 and it is performing for you then I'm not sure if it is worth to trade. We have a 9250 and a 9255 in a shed with the drapers off that I haven't looked at too closely yet after one year on the 9255. The 9250 it replaced was very worn out after being on two combines. The reel was a big improvement and the narrower divider was better for not knocking out wheat.
