| Thry took the horizontally mounted flywheel from under the sickle drive out and now have a smaller diameter one mounted on the shaft as it goes into the sickle drive. This allows a narrower end divider. The different reel as you mentioned, they also have a larger diameter cutterbar float cylinder on each end of the head that takes more weight off of the end skid plates for less wear. All the cylinders are supposed to have improved seals too, I guess they used to leak sometimes. And there's supposed to be improved bearings on the draper rollers. This is from the 9250 to the 9255, I'm not sure what is different on the 9300.
