You are correct. The 400 powershift was beefed up over the ones used up to the 340. That’s why it wasn’t released at the same time as all of the other AFS Connect Magnums.
If I was looking at a CVT in that horsepower, I’d strongly suggest looking at the smaller Steigers that offer it. Quieter, smoother operating transmission than the CVT in the large chassis Magnums in my opinion.
