The REAL problem is they are in the air and not grounded when they hit it so they don’t get zapped. All you can hope for is your fence is tough enuf to bounce back. Hi tensile is only wire I have seen do that. Put on its own posts inside a crappy wire fence worked good. Those pin type insulators may work. Never had any. Regular insulators don’t. I direct stapled mine to plastic posts. That works

Corn stalks are tougher unless you can hang the wire on old fence posts while not using. I spaced posts out to 200-300 ft and tighten the sag out of it on flat land plus one on every bottom and top of rises. Never could roll and unroll hi tensile well. You may have better tools than me.
