South Central Kansas | Ormiston Farms in Liberal, KS set the new corn harvesting world record about a month ago with an 8700TT and a 16 row 30 inch corn head. I can't imagine Claas made a category 9 combine that wouldn't pickup just about any header in existence. I personally demo'd an 8600 in beans three weeks ago and the dealer told me 45' macdon would be no problem. Compare your header weight to a FD145 is the only help i can recommend. | |
