Lancaster, OH		I think it is a case by case decision.

I've seen a lot of people extend their suffering while others invested several very uncomfortable months for several years of life.

Chemo kills cells and those that are fastest growing die first. Cancer cells grow fast so you hope to kill those before you kill yourself.
