East Central Illinois | There definitely is a dealership/knowledge problem. Lots of young mechanics, some with good promise but little leadership as noted before. Nearest competing dealer is an hour away, have thought to try them, but no guarantees there and we would like to have a good relationship with the nearby one for parts and closer service. We do our best to use the DEF ASAP and keep it clean and not store it too long and keep it out of the sun, etc.. Just seems like there’s quite a few more threads out there on codes from red ones than green. Was really hoping for people to show me that I’m wrong, as we really like the red machines for the most part. | |
