Subject: RE: Case IH vs Deere emissions

Southeastern Tipton County, Indiana

schmid94 - 10/30/2020 22:45 Codes are 3581 and 19298. Have been the same ones popping up the whole time. Replaced the DCU/pump, hose bundle and some of the wiring. No luck so far, and they have been out on probably 7-10 service calls. The dealer says they’ve been talking to Case for help on it...

3581 indicates the system has derated and must be reset with EST.

19298 is low urea pressure at start up. This can be a bit pesky as numerous problems can cause it but most generally it is plugged filters or air ingress at the sending unit suction pipe or the seals in the sending unit.
