Subject: Truck park brake won’t stay in.

West-Central Missouri
Hi,

I have a Mack R686st tandem axle truck with bed and hoist. I notice today the park brake wanted to pop out on its own even above 90-100 psi. Normally it stays in when I get air pressure up to 80-90 and have enough pressure to release the brakes. Also, If I hold yellow knob in, I hear air leaking out of valve behind knob.
Do I need to just replace the brake valves behind the yellow and red knobs in the dash, or is there something else to check first?
I notice red and yellow knob valves are sold as a complete assembly. Can you buy just the yellow knob park brake assembly by itself or do you need to get both?

Thanks, Greg
