Nw Iowa | We just did a 45x50 and have about 13000 in it, this was everything including installation of the foam board (around a dollar a sq ft plus tape for foam so 2500-3000 $) which had groves for pex and taping it. Lp gas including piping and a copper plumbing. Too much but I was busy doing other things and it works beautifully. We have a tiger shark electric system in another part of building and that works excellent as well. That one was a lower budget deal and have had a few issues but worked now for 15 years. Probably don’t have much over 4000 in a whole thing in a 24x50 office area.( but did not include foam). So with foam less than 1/2.
