| AGDEAL, not sure where you are located in IL but it is about a month too late for planting both oats and radish in Central and Northern IL and I would not expect much growth anywhere in IL (definitely not enough to stink up the neighborhood).
If you purchased the seed recently, I am really surprised that the seed vendor didnt provide more guidance.
