Yeah, but in the design world, they're out of the weather and they're only ever operated once or twice, as soon as they are installed they will be opened and closed for a day or two until the "new" wears off of the idea, then they will forever remain open unless showed off to a new visitor.  Zero maintenance because they're basically going to be non-operational.
