A few years ago I had a Ford tractor at a local Ford dealer (old school) The tractor had a bad ground in the digital dash (cracked solder joint). The dealer took it to a local TV repair place and they re-soldered it for free. Otherwise the dash circuit board was $800.
Find a local TV / radio repair place and take it there. Also might look into computer repair places as well - Google is you best friend
