You are correct. This is nothing new. I’ve been farming for 33 years and with the exception of e few of the ethanol boom years I’ve gotten some kind of farm program payment. Some of them substantial. I don’t complain. I just smile and try to spend it wisely. Never understood all the pi$$ing and moaning. If guys are morally opposed to payments send them back or don’t sign up in the first place
