You can eliminate a bit by avoiding the coasts associated with a large cooer.Re purpose two refers ,ones that have 3 phase standby as you have it there,set in so you are level with your floors,I assume a freezer system would be needed,as long as load was gradual this could be one unit.
There is a mobile unit i saw run in Michigan with its on fed inspector along.Just a trailer body.
