The polls were a huge flop in 2016 and I don't think it is entirely unreasonable to think that could happen again. I guess it comes down to why those polls were wrong and if anything has been done to rectify the situation. I don't believe anyone's mind will be changed by anything they see or hear in the next three weeks. They could hold the election today and the results would be the same as three weeks from now. I believe everyone's mind is made up one way or the other. I have been saying it for months now and nobody on this site wants to hear it. The Presidential election is not the most important thing happening on November 3rd. The United States Senate is up for grabs and there is a very real possibility that the Democrats could gain control. That would be a disaster regardless of who wins the WH. Keep an eye on it.
