Personally, I think 4" would be too much. I'm not sure what you are doing with it but I have a similiar 3 pt. chisel I use for bean endrows and run spikes. I don't want or need to bury a lot of trash. If I did I would run a 3" twist. The spikes go deeper and pull easier not that hp is an issue for me.
