Jay ,Is Hancock Co. the most Northern Co. in W.Va. ? I think so. Is Weirton the Co. Seat ? If so go on line at that Co. Courthouse and look for Co. land records. They should go back to at least to the late 1700rds. If they owned the land it should be recorded there.
Anyone here from Hancock county WV?
