We went from a 30 ft fd 70 to a 40 ft fd75. And were not impressed in beans a 40 leaves way more beans in feild because of lack of flex. We now run 2 cnh flex drapers. Much better in beans . Wheat is different but we still get decent results from the flex. Standing wheat macdon hands down. But wen our oats are flat an ur combing the ground i prefer the flex. And ur asking beans. We are very flat dirt. But do have alot of old furrows an such an surprising how often the 40ft was leavin 6inch stubble 5ft wide an flex will now shave the ground completely. Flat ground an beans we were not happy with macdon.
30ft yes 40 ft no
