NW IL | I think the main difference is type of fan used (haven't seen either in person, just going off of youtube videos). GCS has a "regular?" axial fan. Metra uses a "squirrel cage" /centrifugal fan. I guess the idea is that it creates a flatter airflow with less swirling turbulence, but I don't know for certain if there is actually much difference by the time the air hits the seed.
Though each has different add on options as well. | |
