My parts guy reccomended the one piece guides for the 8200 heads. They are cheaper than the guides for the 800 series and work just fine. I tried the poly fingers a couple years ago. They didn't last long. The finger is held in the threaded insert with a cotter pin and it simply pulls the cotter pin through the end of the finger. I think I cut about 60 acres of beans and had lost a 1/2 dozen fingers already. Patrick
