Here CDL truck drivers start at $21.00+/hour DOE.
Here most construction outfits start laborers at $18.00+/hour DOE.
Here, several manufacturing places are currently offering $15.00/hour with no experience.
Here, fast food places start fifteen year old kids at $12.50/hour.
Here, with the tractor driving experience you say you have, I would start you at $18.00/hour. And if you prove you are a capable, reliable operator, you would earn a decent harvest bonus.
