northeast ohio | If you have good photos of the EZ Steer you purchased it would be interesting to know if the underside of the controller matches this eBay listing. This is the same person that ended up with my item that was clearly identifiable by serial number provided to USPS immediately after it was lost. I had an exchange of messages with this seller through eBay which lead to them disclosing that they knew an insurance claim (the $50 included with shipping) had been paid on the LB25 lighbar. That statement indicated that USPS did find it and that someone is placing known items in sales bins rather than returning it to owners per policy. After a month of battling with a completely worthless customer rep at USPS I gave up on any further compensation. We have purchased plenty of shipping damaged items off eBay sellers that deal with recovery and return centers so I guess it all comes out even in the end.
