west michigan | The downspout on the end of the discharge auger of the roller mill swivels back and forth, so before starting to unload the roller mill is pulled ahead and the downspout swung back. As the bagger moves forward, the downspout is the only thing that has to move with it. A 300 bushel wagon will move the bagger roughly 6-7 feet, so the roller mill and wagon don’t have to move until setting up for the next load. | |
