Subject: RE: Ways to haul a 2pt 750 drill

central - east central Minnesota -

JD8345 - 9/16/2020 14:06 Found a 750 drill I’m interested in a ways away but it’s a 2pt hitch. All I have is a 3/4 pickup no semi or special hitch is there anyway to truck these drills or pull them home. Could have someone haul it but not sure you can put them on a trailer either?

Semi/drop deck - take the hitch off the main frame. Generally rear wheel assembly can stay on but, over width. Take back wheel assembly off and then it's all within 102 inch width. It all unbolts fairly easily, loader is necessary then.

How far away is it?  It's been done before - drive tractor there and get it, drive tractor/drill home . . . . .
