West Cental Arkansas | Be glad you got some young guys who want to learn and help. They help keep you on your toes. Lol.
When I ran our farms in the 80’s I used all school aged boys. Got a lot out of them. They learned quick and helped us out.
Now, I have only one farm I still help take care of. It is hard to find any young men who want to work, if one says they want to help they don’t know the difference between a hammer and a shovel.
Times sure have changed in our area.
